Client Acquisition

We have developed a targeted direct mail and digital content strategy that reaches homeowners and generates approximately 20,000 new client requests per week. Our system is designed to be efficient and effective, allowing our advisors to focus on building relationships and providing personalized service to their clients.

Our advisors have access to a technology-driven CRM that enables them to connect with clients who have requested a consultation, set virtual appointments, and track the status of applications in real-time. This allows them to work remotely and have the flexibility to manage their time and schedule as needed.

Advisor Compensation

This is a 1099/commission-based position, offering a competitive compensation structure with opportunities for overrides, bonuses, residuals, and all-expense-paid incentive travel. Our advisors are vested from day one and may qualify for equity incentives and agency contracts, providing a permanent residual income stream.

Expectations

We are looking for motivated and driven individuals who are passionate about helping others and building a successful career in life insurance sales. As a remote position, our advisors will have the freedom to work from anywhere and have the flexibility to manage their time and schedule as needed. We provide ongoing training and support to ensure our advisors have the tools and resources they need to succeed.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work remotely and have the flexibility to manage your time and schedule as needed
  • Attend live zoom training sessions every week
  • Lead by example and demonstrate high moral character in every interaction
  • Ask for help when needed and commit to personal growth and development
  • Attend national company events and become a student of our business systems and methods
