Job Description

A successful Real Estate Sales Representative is a skilled professional who excels in customer service and communication. They work closely with clients to facilitate the purchase and sale of property, providing expert guidance and support throughout the process.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and have a creative approach to sales and marketing. Experience in sales, customer service, and marketing is highly valued, as is the ability to stay up-to-date with market trends and developments.

As a Real Estate Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your performance. With dedication and hard work, it's not uncommon for agents to earn $50,000 to $100,000 or more per year. The key to success lies in building a strong client base and providing exceptional service to drive repeat business and referrals.

Regulatory Notice: While a real estate license is not required to apply, you must obtain one before being hired. To earn a license, you will need to complete real estate classes and pass a state licensing exam. Our recruiting team will provide additional details on the licensing process.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in preparing their homes for sale.
  • Guide clients through the home search process, including showings and open houses.
  • Mediate sales and purchasing negotiations to advocate for clients' best interests.
  • Stay informed about local market trends and developments.
  • Develop effective marketing strategies to promote your services.
