At Counterpointe Sustainable Advisors, we are seeking a highly skilled Analyst to join our team in Commercial Real Estate Loan Originations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating and managing the process of securing loans for commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Loan Assessment: Review and analyze loan applications and financial statements of property owners and potential borrowers.
- Financial Analysis: Prepare detailed financial models and projections to support loan decisions.
- Risk Management: Identify and evaluate risks associated with loan or C-PACE applications, including market, financial, and operational risks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with loan officers, underwriters, and legal teams to ensure all aspects of the loan application are thoroughly reviewed.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supporting commercial mortgage bridge loans and/or C-PACE assessments for middle market and institutional investors.
- Ability to understand client goals and objectives, tailoring transactions to meet those goals.
- Solid understanding of real estate credit and the ability to identify good investment opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills, detailed oriented and a solid understanding of finance.
- Outgoing personality with strong presentation skills to effectively communicate financing products to property owners and mortgage bankers.
