At Counterpointe Sustainable Advisors, we are seeking a highly skilled Analyst to join our team in Commercial Real Estate Loan Originations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating and managing the process of securing loans for commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loan Assessment: Review and analyze loan applications and financial statements of property owners and potential borrowers.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare detailed financial models and projections to support loan decisions.
  • Risk Management: Identify and evaluate risks associated with loan or C-PACE applications, including market, financial, and operational risks.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with loan officers, underwriters, and legal teams to ensure all aspects of the loan application are thoroughly reviewed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supporting commercial mortgage bridge loans and/or C-PACE assessments for middle market and institutional investors.
  • Ability to understand client goals and objectives, tailoring transactions to meet those goals.
  • Solid understanding of real estate credit and the ability to identify good investment opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills, detailed oriented and a solid understanding of finance.
  • Outgoing personality with strong presentation skills to effectively communicate financing products to property owners and mortgage bankers.
