Job Overview

G3 Solar - Philadelphia is seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new sales leads and acquiring customers in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a customer acquisition strategy to meet sales targets
  • Engage with potential customers to introduce our solar energy solutions and services
  • Utilize our CRM system to stay up-to-date on sales activities, customer needs, and market developments
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our solar energy products, industry trends, and market conditions to effectively present our solutions to clients
  • Attend sales events, trade shows, and in-person or online trainings to stay informed and network with industry professionals
  • Conduct neighborhood canvassing and engage with homeowners to discuss the benefits of solar energy
  • Schedule appointments for homeowners to meet with our expert team for a complimentary solar quote
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and drive to succeed in a sales-driven environment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred
  • Experience using a CRM system is preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
  • Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Reliable transportation for daily travel to local markets
  • Prior experience in door-to-door sales is preferred but not required
  • Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years
