Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide a variety of administrative and staff support services, including preparing and maintaining accurate patient and operational records.
- Record Keeping: Independently plan, organize, and complete daily work under supervision, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Education and Experience: High school education or equivalent required; one year of general office support experience required, with medical office experience preferred.
- Skill Requirements: Basic understanding of general office routines and procedures, with the ability to file accurately; basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, with proficiency in computer navigation and email.
- Customer Service: Provide effective customer service and relationship building skills, respecting the dignity of all patients and adhering to HIPAA rules without breaches in confidentiality.
- Communication: Proficient listening, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to transcribe documents.
