Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team at Augusta Health. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, with a focus on Total Rewards Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the administration of Total Rewards Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll programs
  • Provide exceptional customer service to team members, applicants, and volunteers
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees, patients, and visitors
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and laws affecting HR practices
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred
  • Two years of secretarial and/or receptionist experience; preferred customer service and dealing with the public
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (WORD, EXCEL)
