Position Overview

Salary: $50-$60 per hour

Relational Excellence, LLC is a prominent provider of outpatient mental health services, dedicated to creating a nurturing and innovative atmosphere for our staff. We cater to a diverse clientele, including adolescents and adults, offering both individual and group therapy sessions. Our team of clinicians is adept at addressing a range of issues such as depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, family challenges, and identity matters. We prioritize creating a secure environment where clients can heal, grow, and gain empowerment.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Engage positively with clients
  • Deliver individual, family, and group counseling
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments
  • Establish and monitor treatment objectives and goals
  • Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
  • Maintain precise and current clinical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Adhere to all administrative and clinical protocols

Qualifications Required:
  • A minimum of a master's degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
  • A valid Maryland professional license (LGPC/LCPC/LMSW/LCSW-C/CMFT) is mandatory.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check.
  • Availability for sessions at the clinic.
