Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Licensed Adolescents Counselor to join our team at Relational Excellence, LLC. As a Licensed Adolescents Counselor, you will be responsible for providing individual, family, and group counseling services to adolescents and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring mental health concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, family, and group counseling services to adolescents and young adults, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify client needs and develop treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other mental health clinicians to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in our electronic medical record system.
  • Comply with all administrative and clinical policies and procedures to ensure a safe and effective treatment environment.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Valid Maryland professional license with one of the following credentials: LGPC/LCPC/LMSW/LCSW-C/CMFT.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client locations.
  • Criminal background check and satisfactory completion of any required clearances.
