Position Overview

Salary: $50-$60 per hour

Relational Excellence, LLC is a prominent provider of outpatient mental health services, dedicated to creating a nurturing and innovative atmosphere for our staff. Role Responsibilities:

  • Engage positively with clients to foster a supportive therapeutic relationship.
  • Deliver individual, family, and group counseling services.
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand client needs.
  • Develop and maintain treatment objectives and goals.
  • Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals within the organization.
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development training.
  • Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
  • Adhere to all administrative and clinical policies and procedures.

Qualifications Required:

  • A minimum of a master's degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
  • A valid Maryland professional license, such as LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW-C, or CMFT (mandatory).
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check.
  • Availability for in-clinic sessions.
