Description

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant and Scheduler. This role will provide support to the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Office of Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive administration, with experience in project management, scheduling, and tracking. They will be responsible for providing senior executive service leadership with concise, accurate, and timely analyses and information to support programmatic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer day-to-day operations, travel, and calendar.
  • Obtain travel authorizations, book travel, submit expense reports.
  • Collect completion and progress data of planned work scope relative to schedule.
  • Completing annual, quarterly, and other periodic reporting requirements for customer.

Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of prior relevant executive administrative experience, including basic project management experience.
  • Writing skills that are easy to understand, accurate, and concise for a variety of audiences.
  • Independent, self-motivated and exhibits the highest standards of accuracy and organization skills.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Teams, and Sharepoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active DOE Q or DOD Top Secret clearance.
  • Proficiency in federal travel system (e.g., Concur) and federal timekeeping system.
  • Experience with administering security processes that ensure security and integrity of classified systems, hardware and data in accordance with established procedures.
  • Experience maintaining physical security of classified safe, including all content, from creation through destruction in accordance with and in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Military administration experience.
