Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Jericho Project. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Prepare financial reports and analyses
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in financial management and accounting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and other financial software
