Job Summary

Window Nation is seeking an experienced Branch Operations Manager to oversee the installation program for our regional branch. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction of our installation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the branch operational plan to meet company goals and objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day activities to maintain operations in the branch, including improving production adherence to schedule and troubleshooting process and equipment operability issues.
  • Deliver on branch margin and profitability targets, and recommend actions to increase revenue generation and profitability.
  • Manage branch expenditures within budget guidelines and analyze branch data to provide solutions when needed.
  • Lead, develop, and manage direct reports, and recruit, onboard, and manage employees to maintain appropriate staff levels.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships and identify, monitor, and manage customer service standards.
  • Collaborate with the regional team to identify, develop, and implement best practices and SOPs.
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of service industry experience.
  • At least 4 years of progressive leadership experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing the financials of a branch/P&L.
  • Driving record that meets company's insurance standards.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with service and installation programming.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • High proficiency-level in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Expertise in CRMs, such as Salesforce or MS Dynamics.
