Window Nation is seeking an experienced Branch Operations Manager to oversee the installation program for our regional branch. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction of our installation services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage the branch operational plan to meet company goals and objectives.
- Manage day-to-day activities to maintain operations in the branch, including improving production adherence to schedule and troubleshooting process and equipment operability issues.
- Deliver on branch margin and profitability targets, and recommend actions to increase revenue generation and profitability.
- Manage branch expenditures within budget guidelines and analyze branch data to provide solutions when needed.
- Lead, develop, and manage direct reports, and recruit, onboard, and manage employees to maintain appropriate staff levels.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and identify, monitor, and manage customer service standards.
- Collaborate with the regional team to identify, develop, and implement best practices and SOPs.
- At least 7 years of service industry experience.
- At least 4 years of progressive leadership experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing the financials of a branch/P&L.
- Driving record that meets company's insurance standards.
- Experience with service and installation programming.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- High proficiency-level in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Expertise in CRMs, such as Salesforce or MS Dynamics.
