Job Title: Procurement System Analyst - SAP FIELDGLASS

Job Overview: We are in search of a proficient Procurement System Analyst with a strong background in SAP Fieldglass to facilitate business operations associated with various Ariba modules, including Sourcing, Contracting, Buying, and Invoicing. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of the interconnections among all Ariba modules to evaluate the impact of changes and deliver thorough support to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-user assistance for Fieldglass and Ariba reporting requirements, including overseeing the P2P Dashboard and addressing business inquiries for data across multiple Ariba modules.
  • Serve as a backup for the management of Commodity Code/Material Code changes, coordinating requests with Finance, Tax, IT, and Business stakeholders, while maintaining master files for Ariba configurations.
  • Contribute as a team member in the Fieldglass Contingent Worker initiative, which includes testing, cutover planning and execution, developing a Global Playbook for Contingent worker deployments, and documenting issues during the Hypercare Period.
  • Collaborate with the production support team to comprehend and resolve downstream and upstream impacts or changes, ensuring process continuity.
  • Provide backup administration for Ariba Guided Buying.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance and Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related technical discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work with incomplete information.
  • Proven experience as a proactive thinker and self-starter who adapts to new challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in global and cross-functional team environments.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with SAP Fieldglass, particularly in a Program Management Office context.
  • Strong analytical thinking and functional knowledge of SAP Fieldglass and Ariba.
  • Experience in developing and executing test scripts and documenting outcomes.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Familiarity with procurement processes, especially in managing Contingent Labor and SOW Services using a Vendor Management System, preferably Fieldglass.
  • Understanding of Fieldglass and Ariba Master Data and their influence on end-to-end processes.
  • Knowledge of financial modules within ERP platforms (e.g., SAP ECC).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, report writing, and presenting findings.

Experience Level: 3-5 years in Site-Based & Country Level Procurement.
