Job Title: PT Quality Assurance Associate

At Food Lion, we are committed to providing our customers with a clean, safe, and inviting shopping experience. As a PT Quality Assurance Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping and cleaning floors, and cleaning and organizing the store mop room.
  • Conduct daily quality checks and sanitation standards to ensure compliance with Food Lion's guidelines and policies.
  • Identify and report any unsafe conditions that could cause associate or customer accidents.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards customers and colleagues.
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to use technical information to solve problems.
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations.
