Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- Managing the attorneys' office calendar with discretion to ensure efficient scheduling.
- Handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately.
- Collecting, organizing, and inputting data into legal software systems.
- Monitoring email and voicemail to ensure timely responses.
- Generating end-of-day reports for the Communications Department.
- Maintaining an organized and tidy office environment.

Qualifications
