Job Title: Sales Coordinator at Schahet Hotels

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy, ensuring effective communication with management.
  • Administer and execute direct sales strategies, driving business growth.
  • Coordinate and facilitate blitzes, effectively communicating with prospects.
  • Provide backup support for front desk operations as needed.
  • Regularly meet with management to discuss sales activities, ensuring alignment and progress.
  • Administer group events, maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Attend meetings related to group or LNR as required, staying informed and engaged.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate guest programs, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Set up and maintain meeting rooms during events, ensuring a professional atmosphere.
  • Coordinate catering events, effectively communicating with kitchen staff.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, an individual should demonstrate competencies in problem-solving, customer service, interpersonal skills, and more.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position will have no direct reports.

Physical Demands:

The employee must be able to perform essential job functions, including talking, standing, walking, and lifting.

Training:

Must complete all Brand and Schahet Hotels specific training requirements.

Decision Making:

Sell within agreed group guidelines and adhere to room commitment levels.

Financial Responsibilities:

Responsible for meeting sales goals and revenue targets.

Communication:

Follow communication guidelines set by Schahet Hotels with management, associates, and clients.

Results of Action:

  • Achieve top-line revenue goals.
  • Meet individual sales call goals.

Equipment Used:

Computer, software, telephone, and office equipment.

Work Environment:

Work independently or as part of a team, maintaining a professional image and positive attitude.
