Job Title: Service Center Coordinator

Job Summary:
Collabera is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Center Coordinator to join our team. As a Service Center Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing shipping and receiving tasks, maintaining accurate logs, and coordinating with shipping vendors. You will also be responsible for tracking inventory, assisting with yearly inventory audits, and coordinating repairs and calibrations with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including domestic and international equipment
  • Maintain accurate logs and records
  • Coordinate with shipping vendors and handle procurement activities for parts and equipment
  • Track inventory using the Costpoint system and assist with yearly inventory audits
  • Coordinate repairs and calibrations with vendors for test equipment
  • Assist in tracking tasks, documenting costs for billing, and ensuring smooth operations of the service center
  • Process bills for payment, greet customers, answer telephones, and handle mail sorting
  • Prepare office correspondence, maintain project folders, and utilize MS Office software for data organization and reporting

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Additional certification or training in administrative support is a plus
  • 3+ years of administrative experience in a corporate environment
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and maintain attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience in handling administrative tasks in a corporate setting
