Como Gerente en Entrenamiento, completarás un programa de capacitación integral para asegurarte de tener todo lo necesario para operar una ubicación de Rocket. Una vez que completes con éxito el curso de capacitación, serás promovido al título de Gerente de Tienda y se te asignará tu propia ubicación. Como Gerente de Tienda, serás responsable de dirigir una tienda de conveniencia que ayuda a "hacer la vida un poco más fácil" para nuestros clientes y equipo de ventas. Deberás entrenar, guiar y desarrollar a un equipo de Gerentes Asistentes y Asociados de Ventas, promover los objetivos de la empresa y las iniciativas operativas, así como impulsar las ventas. Entre tus responsabilidades se incluyen:

  • Preparar depósitos bancarios, cumplir y hacer cumplir los procedimientos adecuados de manejo de efectivo y analizar la información diaria de ventas y gastos.
  • Asegurar el funcionamiento efectivo de la caja registradora, consola de computadora y otros equipos relacionados.
  • Mantener la documentación de la tienda, incluyendo la programación.
  • Analizar informes de la tienda, gestionar inventarios y supervisar el control de efectivo.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Buscamos líderes. Necesitarás tener al menos 5 años de experiencia como líder en un entorno de venta al por menor o comida rápida.
  • Debes ser capaz de entrenar, guiar y desarrollar a tu equipo, ayudándoles a avanzar en sus carreras.
  • Debes tener al menos 21 años de edad.
  • Se prefiere un diploma de secundaria o GED, aunque no es obligatorio.
  • También necesitarás tener una licencia de conducir válida y sin infracciones.
  • Es necesario tener la capacidad de comunicarte efectivamente en inglés, tanto verbalmente como por escrito.
  • Deberás proporcionar prueba de tu autorización para trabajar en los Estados Unidos si eres contratado.
  • Queremos ser flexibles y apoyar las necesidades de nuestros miembros del equipo, lo que significa que todos debemos estar dispuestos a trabajar en turnos variados, incluidos turnos nocturnos y festivos.
  • Algunas de las habilidades físicas necesarias son:
    • Capacidad para estar de pie y/o caminar durante al menos 8 horas.
    • Capacidad para levantar y/o cargar ocasionalmente hasta 60 libras desde el suelo hasta arriba durante hasta 30 minutos de la jornada laboral.
    • Capacidad para empujar y tirar ocasionalmente con los brazos hasta una fuerza de 20 libras (por ejemplo, utilizando un carrito).
    • Capacidad para escalar una escalera ocasionalmente para almacenar o recuperar materiales, y/o colocar o retirar señalización.
  • Aproximadamente el 75% de nuestro trabajo se realiza en interiores, pero tendrás la oportunidad de salir en ocasiones. Queremos asegurarnos de que te sientas cómodo con eso.
