Position Overview

Role Summary:

The Store Manager will oversee daily operations while fulfilling essential administrative duties. The ideal candidate should possess a genuine enthusiasm for coffee and tea, exhibit strong leadership capabilities, and ensure outstanding customer service. This role typically requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, including varied shifts (early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays).

Compensation: $25.50 per hour (Non-Exempt)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a pleasant and inviting atmosphere for every customer by managing store operations, staffing, customer satisfaction, product quality, financial performance, and team development.
  • Enhance sales, boost efficiency, and apply problem-solving skills to maintain smooth store operations and improve profitability.
  • Regularly assess the store environment and key performance indicators to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement, developing action plans to address these issues.
  • Mentor and support team members for their personal and professional development, promoting a culture of accountability and a customer-first mindset.
  • Provide comprehensive training and guidance to team members to uphold the standards of 7 Leaves Café operations, including customer satisfaction, product quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Inspire and motivate a dedicated team to make a positive impact within the community.
  • Collaborate with District Managers to make informed decisions that drive business growth and expand our customer base.
  • Be flexible to work at any location within the assigned district.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership abilities to coach and develop team members effectively.
  • Maintain a focus on team well-being and sales performance.
  • Show eagerness to learn and grow from constructive feedback.
  • Manage store operations independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Handle multiple situations simultaneously while ensuring service levels are consistently met.
  • Provide constructive feedback and facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Develop and nurture future leaders within the organization.
  • Possess at least 1 year of experience in customer service or retail management.
  • Be capable of prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and walking.
  • Regularly lift items weighing at least 45 lbs.
