  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare accurate and timely sales and deposit reporting, providing insights for business growth and improvement.
  • Team Development: Provide leadership, training, and accountability for the sales staff, helping them to achieve their full potential.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with sales staff and corporate, ensuring seamless collaboration and information sharing.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years of retail customer service experience, with a minimum of 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer literacy.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and handle objects weighing 50lbs or more, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with benefits, requiring a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and business growth.
