Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage a variety of projects, including complex multidisciplinary initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery with a focus on quality.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships, establishing trust and reliability.
  • Engage in discussions with municipal officials, engineers, developers, and contractors.
  • Lead or assist in strategizing project scope, risk evaluation, and budgeting.
  • Supervise and assign tasks to internal project teams and subcontractors.
  • Communicate effectively with regulatory agencies, providing necessary information at appropriate times.
  • Conduct technical engineering work related to land or site development, including site planning, stormwater management design, and site grading.
  • Prepare construction plans for agency review and manage the submission of various land development permit applications.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in civil-site engineering for land development.
  • Advanced education may be considered to fulfill experience requirements.
  • Ohio P.E. license preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD SSA or other stormwater modeling software is advantageous.
