Executive Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in culinary leadership, a passion for creating exceptional dishes, and the ability to perform in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead all kitchen personnel
  • Ordering, food and labor cost management
  • Creating relationships with vendors
  • Collaborating on menu creation, daily specials, and expediting
  • Inventory management and ordering
  • Hiring, training, scheduling, and management of BOH staff
  • Thorough understanding of food and labor cost analysis and control

Requirements

  • Culinary leadership experience
  • Passion for creating exceptional dishes
  • Ability to perform in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
  • BOH management experience
