We are seeking a skilled Electronics Assembler to join our team at Aerotek. As an Electronics Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling, reworking, and reassembling products according to specified documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and rework products as specified on applicable documentation.
  • Verify accuracy of instruction documents, including schematics, assembly drawings, and bills of material.
  • Check work for accuracy, quality, and conformance to specifications.
  • Use a computer for data entry and input of serial numbers into the mainframe.
  • Package parts into kits for shipping.
  • Label and package product, including manuals and accessories.
  • Inform supervisor or lead of work-related problems.
  • Perform testing activities, including current checks, burn-ins, and operation of Automated Test Equipment.
  • Verify assemblies and subassemblies against applicable documentation.
  • Verify Part Number, Revision Level, and Quantity received.
  • Conduct routine electrical tests, sorting failed assemblies from passed assemblies.
  • Record test data and results.
  • Inform supervisor or lead of discrepancies discovered.

Requirements:

  • Soldering skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Interest in electronics.
