We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Leader Trainee to join our team at 7-Eleven, Inc. As a Store Leader Trainee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of store employees, and implementing merchandising and marketing programs.

What You Bring:
Proven leadership and customer service skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft products. A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of Retail Management experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and lead a team of store employees
- Implement merchandising and marketing programs
- Assist in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting our loyalty program
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures
- Communicate effectively with employees and customers
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
- At least one year of Retail Management experience
- Valid Driver's License from the state of residence
- Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
