Digital Marketing Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Setting up digital marketing campaigns from the ground up, including negotiating, facilitating paperwork, building tracking links, and creative assets, ensuring campaigns meet brand guidelines, optimizing when live, and reporting on performance.
  • Testing campaigns, analyzing key metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase campaign performance.
  • Developing and presenting learnings from your analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Developing digital campaigns and web measurement strategies.
  • Creating dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports.
  • Monitoring and analyzing digital media and marketing trends.
  • Communicating and presenting to colleagues, partners, and C-suite.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in media buying or media analytics.
  • Experience with analytical and reporting tools, including Mixpanel (Preferred), Tableau, Looker, or Google Analytics.
  • Experience with affiliate management platforms such as Impact and CJ.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing KPIs across affiliate, display, and SEM platforms.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • SMB or Startup experience preferred but not required.
  • Auto, Insurance, or related field preferred but not required.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
