Position Summary:
We are seeking a Marketing Technology Coordinator who is enthusiastic about utilizing technology to create efficient and scalable marketing processes, along with a solid grasp of contemporary marketing automation tools and familiarity with Marketo. In this role, you will collaborate with an award-winning team, refine the MarTech stack to enhance marketing and sales workflows, adopt best practices, and generate innovative ideas to help us operate as a premier marketing team. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to effectively operationalize campaigns, events, account-based experiences (ABX), and initiatives for both acquisition and expansion.
- Oversee the complete email campaign process, ensuring requests are accurately set up and effectiveness is tracked and measured.
- Assist in managing the MarTech stack and integrations with other operational teams across the organization.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support end-to-end processes and operationalize campaigns, events, webinars, and community initiatives, aligning tactics and segments to enhance key growth metrics.
- Contribute to the development of effective nurturing programs with input from Marketing, Sales Operations, and Business Development Representative teams.
- Help manage email, web, and digital platforms to enable efficient operations and improve performance.
- Support administrative tasks and vendor management, including external relationships.
- Assist in creating Marketing Analytics & Reporting dashboards to optimize program success and uncover insights that drive performance and business outcomes.
- Continuously seek improvements in tools and techniques to enhance various aspects of marketing analytics and business needs.
- Contribute to the development of processes and project management enhancements to accelerate time to value for campaigns and key initiatives.
- Participate in essential administrative functions, such as overseeing new systems and user setups.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Essential Skills:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations or technology within enterprise B2B software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Prior experience with Marketo (or similar platforms) and Salesforce supporting growth and demand generation teams.
- Hands-on experience in building campaigns, emails, lists, and related reporting.
- Execution-oriented with a strong ability to collaborate across the marketing team.
- Inquisitive, self-motivated, and results-driven with effective communication skills across various organizational levels.
- Interest in understanding backend processes that support successful operations.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with tools such as WordPress, Drift, Lean Data, Zapier, DocuSign, Sendoso, and Tableau is a plus.
- Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) strategies is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of demand generation strategies and testing methodologies.
- A degree in computer science or engineering is preferred.
