Benefits and Compensation Manager

Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Benefits and Compensation Manager to oversee the development and implementation of benefits and compensation programs and policies. This role is responsible for ensuring that our benefits programs are effective, compliant, and attractive to a diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities:- Benefits Administration: Develop and administer key employee benefits, including retirement plans, medical, dental, and vision plans, disability, and life insurance. Analyze and evaluate benefit programs to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with applicable laws.
- 401(k) Management: Ensure plan documents are current and accurate, and prepare and submit data files and internal reporting for 401(k) plans' Form 5500 filings, annual compliance testing, and year-end data collection.
- Compensation Management: Develop, maintain, and implement compensation programs and policies, including salary administration and job classification systems. Manage the salary process to ensure the organization is competitively positioned in the marketplace.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
- Experience managing benefits programs and multi-state payroll.
- UKG (formerly UltiPro) HRIS experience preferred.
- Ability to influence, problem-solve, and successfully collaborate and communicate with team members on various levels.
