  • Create and execute successful action plans to achieve assigned business objectives.
  • Develop and implement procedures and processes in the sales and service areas essential to the growth and profitability of the company.
  • Develop and deploy a distribution channel strategy to protect and grow revenue.
  • Responsible for overseeing distribution objectives to grow revenue.
  • Responsible for management and approval of special pricing requests according to company policy.
  • Assist marketing and leadership in the development of strategic marketing plans to create awareness and pursue identified market segments and customers.
  • Responsible for sales forecast, including analysis and recommended countermeasures.
  • Process owner responsible for directing and coordinating activities to resolve customer complaints.
  • Support goal deployment initiatives and key performance indicators related to sales growth for valve and flow meters.
  • Maintain awareness of competitor activity and offer countermeasures to protect and grow our business.
  • Train distribution in changes and improvements to existing processes.
  • Interface extensively with application engineering, production and planning, engineering services, marketing, and accounting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year university or equivalent.
  • Customer service and support management experience.
  • Strong business acumen and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and drive change, innovative thinker, decision-maker.
  • Highly motivated and work proactively and effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to effectively work in a team environment and independently.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Work Environment:
  • Operates in a demanding, fast-paced, people-oriented manufacturing environment.
  • Works with a variety of people, including vendors, customers, regulatory agencies, employees, team members, and managers.
Required Work Schedule:
  • Typical hours of a professional across international time zones.
  • Must be flexible for meetings and responsibilities outside of standard business hours, including weekends.
  • Travel and overnight trips up to 40%.
  • Will consider remote location.
