Position Overview: The role involves executing a range of tasks that vary from routine to complex assembly operations on electronic and mechanical components, including modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. The assembler will interpret diagrams and schematics to create initial layouts and utilize hand and power tools, jigs, and saws effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct continuity checks on ongoing and finished work.
2. Perform quality inspections on the assembly line to ensure compliance with quality standards.
3. Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under controlled conditions.

Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in electrical assembly and soldering.
- Must be a U.S. citizen due to facility access requirements.

Preferred Skills:
- Certification in IPC and J-Standard 001.
- Completion of classroom training in electrical assembly and soldering.
- Ability to perform proficiently for a minimum of three months and actively engage in the PMT process.
- Capable of executing routine, repetitive, and fundamental tasks where methods and processes are well defined.
- Make straightforward decisions while seeking guidance from more experienced personnel when necessary.

Work Schedule for This Role: 4x10 hour days with 3 days off each week.
