Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Regulatory Product Compliance Manager to become an integral part of our expanding Regulatory Product Compliance team in North America, contributing to our Global efforts.

This position will primarily address Consumer Protection regulations, offering a unique opportunity to influence Wise's mission and advance as a leader in product compliance, ultimately helping to save money for millions.

Your Responsibilities:

As a key member of the North American product team, your focus will be to:

  1. Collaborate on Product Development:

    Support Product Teams in creating risk-aware products, processes, and controls. Work together to devise practical, customer-focused product solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance.

  2. Conduct Regulatory Analysis:

    Perform pre-launch and ongoing compliance assessments, identifying regulatory risks and designing scalable solutions that meet consumer protection standards.

  3. Manage Regulatory Risks:

    Identify and oversee regulatory risks associated with all products offered in the U.S. and Canada, ensuring a robust control environment.

  4. Engage with Compliance Teams:

    Collaborate with compliance colleagues to keep Product Teams informed about the latest regulations and guidance.

  5. Audit and Issue Management:

    Lead audit processes and manage issues effectively to mitigate regulatory risks.

  6. Represent Wise:

    Act as a representative in discussions with banking partners and regulatory bodies, clearly articulating Wise's product offerings and compliance framework.
