We are seeking a Senior Regulatory Product Compliance Manager to enhance our Regulatory Product Compliance team in North America, contributing to our Global Team's objectives.

This pivotal role will concentrate on Consumer Protection regulations, providing a unique opportunity to influence Wise's mission while advancing your career as a product compliance expert.

Your Responsibilities:

As a key member of the North American product team, your primary goal will be to facilitate the launch of innovative products and expand our market presence in the U.S. and Canada by thoroughly understanding regulatory frameworks and expectations.

  • Collaborate on Product Development:
    Support Product Teams in creating risk-aware products, processes, and controls. Work together to develop practical, customer-focused solutions that comply with regulations. Conduct pre-launch and ongoing compliance assessments, ensuring that all products meet regulatory standards.
  • Regulatory Risk Management:
    Identify and manage regulatory risks associated with all products offered in the U.S. and Canada. Oversee the control environment, designing effective measures to mitigate risks, particularly concerning Consumer Protection. Collaborate with Compliance colleagues to keep Product Teams informed of the latest regulations.
  • Audit and Issue Management:
    Conduct audits and manage issues effectively, working with Compliance teams to address findings and implement necessary changes. Represent Wise in discussions with banking partners and regulatory bodies, clearly articulating our compliance framework and product offerings.
