The Role: Inside Sales Account Manager
As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for establishing connections with key decision-makers, understanding their needs, and presenting Connection's solutions as the ideal fit.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and online meetings.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and identify opportunities for Connection's products and services.
- Present compelling proposals that clearly demonstrate the value proposition of our solutions and address client concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical experts and support staff, to ensure seamless customer experience from initial contact to order fulfillment.
