About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Sales Representative to join our team at Summers Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. As an HVAC Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our products and services to residential customers, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with our installation and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to identify sales opportunities and provide solutions to meet their HVAC needs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of customer HVAC systems to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for upgrades or replacements.
  • Provide accurate and competitive quotes to customers, highlighting the benefits of our products and services.
  • Work closely with our installation and service teams to ensure timely and efficient installation and repair of HVAC systems.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry, preferably with a strong background in residential sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
