HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling - Noblesville. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their heating and cooling systems are running efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff, and coworkers to ensure a positive experience.
- Inspections and Quoting: Conduct thorough inspections and provide accurate quotes for replacements or repairs.
- Work Completion: Complete proposed work as quoted, ensuring high-quality results.
- On-Call Assignments: Participate in on-call assignments and backup as required to ensure seamless service.
- Staff Meetings and Training: Attend all required staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
- EPA Certification: Possess EPA certification for residential HVAC technicians.
- Experience: Have experience in residential service and sales, with the ability to learn and adapt to new situations.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills to interact and communicate well with customers in their homes and businesses.
- Knowledge and Skills: Understand residential heating and cooling equipment operation, IAQ, air distribution systems, and basic repairs of HVAC appliances and fixtures.
- Lifting and Maneuvering: Be able to lift and maneuver equipment up to 75 lbs.
- Climbing and Working at Heights: Be able to climb and work on ladders.
- Hand and Power Tools: Be able to use hand and power tools.
