The role of our Kitchen Sanitation Specialist is crucial in maintaining a consistent supply of sanitized dishware and cooking utensils, while diligently observing and applying the necessary quality-control and food-safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure thorough cleaning of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishware in compliance with health regulations.
- Organize and maintain the dishwashing area for optimal efficiency.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, health, and safety in food preparation zones, cooking areas, and dishware.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Dispose of waste from the dishwashing station regularly.
- Maintain overall sanitation and safety standards in food handling and preparation areas.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Proficient in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and customers.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must possess valid U.S. work authorization.
- Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in similar positions.
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs.
- Energetic and enthusiastic team player.
- Excellent communication skills.
Compensation:
USD $13.50 /Hr.
