**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at TotalMed Staffing. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the business management and client service needs of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client calls and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with subscription and redemption processes, including maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Coordinate and review monthly and quarterly client report production, audit requests, and other client correspondence.
  • Support the production of client and prospect presentations.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects, such as fund launches and event planning.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Provide general administrative support, including phone coverage, scheduling, and coordinating internal and client meetings.
