Responsibilities

As a Building Operations Coordinator, or Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing minor fixes, such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls, and checking control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues.

You will also be responsible for installing appliances and equipment, collecting trash from around school buildings and classrooms, conducting maintenance tasks, and inspecting and troubleshooting equipment and systems.

We offer a competitive salary, $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan. If you have a high school diploma or equivalent experience and two years of maintenance experience, we encourage you to apply.
