Job Summary

At Swipejobs, we're seeking a skilled Human Resource Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in implementing HR programs, supporting employees, and promoting employee engagement.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives with HR Business Partners and managers to drive business results.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, ensuring they have access to necessary resources.
  • Collaborate with the HR Service Center to execute programs and promote awareness about HR offerings.

Responsibilities
  1. Design and execute HR programs that align with business objectives.
  2. Support the implementation of the HR Support Model, ensuring employees receive timely assistance.
  3. Work closely with the HR Service Center to develop and execute program strategies.
  4. Raise awareness about HR programs and services through various channels.
  5. Respond promptly to urgent HR issues and support emergency planning efforts.
  6. Promote employee engagement through events, recognition, and other initiatives.
  7. Distribute HR communications and coordinate Employee Activity Groups to foster a positive work environment.
  8. Analyze feedback from engagement surveys and develop action plans to improve employee satisfaction.
  9. Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive Employee Relations data.
  10. Assist with local hiring processes, including interview coordination.
  11. Support compliance initiatives and audit preparation to ensure regulatory adherence.
  12. Facilitate learning and development activities to enhance employee skills.
  13. Organize benefits enrollment sessions to educate employees on available benefits.
  14. Aid in salary and incentive planning to motivate employees.
  15. Generate HR metrics reports for the VP of HR to inform strategic decisions.
  16. Support employees returning from Leaves of Absence or Workers Comp, providing a seamless transition back to work.
  17. Utilize office software effectively while handling confidential information.
