ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified and dedicated School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC) to join our team for the upcoming school year in Richmond Heights, OH. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage along with a comprehensive benefits package.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled SLP to provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings, conduct thorough evaluations and assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication development and academic success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluation and Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals based on students' needs and IEP requirements.
  • Direct Therapy Services: Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication development and academic success.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, an active Ohio SLP license, and experience working with school-aged children. Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills are also essential.
