Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team at Monarch Center for Autism. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing communication and therapeutic support for children with autism.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position available for students ages 3 through 21 with autism. You will work collaboratively with our experienced staff to deliver individualized speech therapy services in one-on-one and small group settings.
Responsibilities- Design and implement personalized speech therapy plans to address the unique needs of each student.
- Provide consultation and push-in therapy to facilitate generalization of skills across environments.
- Administer comprehensive assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness, and develop targeted interventions to address these gaps.
- Foster social pragmatic skills through differentiated groups tailored to the strengths and weaknesses of each participant.
- Develop and manage IEP goals and objectives to ensure seamless transition between speech therapy sessions and daily life.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate behavior management techniques and promote positive outcomes.

What We Offer- A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
