Job Overview

Soliant is seeking a licensed Remote Speech Therapist (SLP) to join a school district in the Midwest.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 per year, with weekly pay and guaranteed work hours. Benefits include health, vision, dental, and 401k coverage for full-time employees working at least 30 hours per week.

Job Responsibilities

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders, evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
  • Developing treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
  • Providing speech and language therapy in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborating with other professionals to ensure student success
  • Maintaining accurate records of therapy sessions and progress reports
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a valid Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology license or equivalent, prior school-based experience preferred but not mandatory, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong organizational and time management skills. A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is also required.
