Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on students' needs and IEP requirements.
  • Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to support students' communication development.
  • Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records in compliance with state regulations.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active Ohio SLP license.
  • Experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
