Key Responsibilities
  • Seek new business opportunities through phone outreach, networking, and various lead generation methods.
  • Create insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.
  • Establish and maintain networking relationships with real estate professionals, mortgage lenders, title companies, auto dealerships, and more.
  • Collect necessary onboarding documentation from clients.
  • Identify new financial service opportunities.
  • Document all customer interactions in our management system.
  • Request referrals from each customer and explain our referral incentives.
  • Approach each customer interaction as a chance for cross-selling and upselling additional financial products.
  • Generate new business through leads and referrals.
  • Provide insurance quotes to potential clients.
  • Excel in building and maintaining relationships.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any inquiries.
  • Conduct follow-up calls regarding claims.
  • Engage in cold calling, direct emailing, and other lead generation activities.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure satisfaction, address questions, solicit further sales, and resolve issues.
  • Increase sales revenue through effective use of phone, email, and client lists.

Qualifications

Applicants must successfully complete a thorough background check and obtain the necessary Property and Casualty and Life and Health licenses within a specified timeframe from the start date.
