Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Intermountain Health Utah Valley Hospital. As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality medical imaging examinations are performed for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure proper patient identification, order verification, and preparation for exams.
  • Perform radiologic exams that produce quality images and ensure patient and staff safety.
  • Utilize sterile technique when performing invasive procedures.
  • Recognize emergent patient situations and respond quickly and appropriately.
  • Thoroughly and accurately complete all required documentation, including time stamps and image storage.
  • Coordinate patient care and communicate pertinent information to other patient care providers.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and safe environment for patients and staff.
Requirements
  • ARRT registration.
  • Current Rad Tech license in state of practice (if working in Utah).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare providers.
Preferred Qualifications
  • IV certification.
Work Environment

This position requires the ability to work in all areas, including ER, inpatients, NICU, outpatients, and OR. Must be willing to work 10hr shifts (30 hrs) with 1 weekend a month required.
