Field Territory Marketing Representative P&C Insurance

**National Insurance Carrier Opportunity**
Criterion Executive Search is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Territory Marketing Representative to join our team in the insurance industry. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing select insurance agencies within a designated territory, building upon existing relationships to bring value-added insurance products and services, while identifying new opportunities to expand the book and grow the territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with select insurance agencies within the territory to promote and sell insurance products and services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the book and grow the territory.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote insurance products and services to agencies and customers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Travel within the territory and attend industry events to build relationships and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or a related field, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
