The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled cook to provide culinary support in our outdoor poolside restaurant, PB&G. This role involves working with cold items, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and being flexible in being cross-trained in other outlets.

Responsibilities
  • Primarily work with cold items and overall preparation organization
  • Flexible in being cross-trained in other outlets and work within the hot station
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Minimum Qualifications
  • Attention to detail and good communication skills
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, large team environment
  • Flexible and available when extensive work hours are required
  • At least 1 year of culinary experience
  • A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers
