About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at SERVPRO. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned quotas
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience
  • Proven track record of sales and marketing success in the service or trade sectors
  • Strong business and/or financial background with a process/results-driven attitude
  • Working knowledge of current business software technologies (Salesforce Marketing)
  • Ability to successfully pass a background and driver's license check subject to applicable law
