About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Yale-New Haven Health. As a Surgical Oncology Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families affected by cancer.

You will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and participating in ongoing education and training.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut
  • 1+ years of experience in surgical oncology or related field

Compensation:

  • Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year
  • Bonuses and incentives based on performance
