  • Manage project completions within budget and deadlines.
  • Review and prioritize projects daily.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication.
  • Evaluate and execute project scope.
  • Verify material accuracy between sales, estimates, and purchase orders.
  • Make adjustments to purchase orders as needed.
  • Prioritize and prepare purchase orders for weekly approval.
  • Ensure ship dates are scheduled for installation.
  • Collaborate with vendors on material issues.
  • Provide necessary information for travel arrangements.
  • Schedule equipment rental and sub-contractors.
  • Forecast project installations based on material ship dates.
  • Progress invoice projects one week prior to installation.
  • Report anticipated closures and funds.
  • Enter installation schedules in the calendar and create work orders.
  • Communicate with installation crews on job progression.
  • Communicate daily schedules with installation and manufacturing departments.
  • Monitor, report, and resolve go-back issues.
  • Verify labor hour accuracy between estimates and project manager projections.
  • Manage project completion, including final inspections for billing.
  • Send closure emails to clients and internal staff.
  • Participate in job costing meetings.
