About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a AmeriCorps VISTA Program Manager. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in developing projects that enhance the long-term sustainability of our YouthBuild program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement community partnerships to support the growth and development of our YouthBuild program.
  • Contribute to fund development efforts, including researching and writing grant proposals.
  • Conduct data research and evaluation to inform program decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Assist in the development of internal organization policies and procedures.
  • Support resource development efforts, including identifying and securing resources to support program activities.
About Our Organization

Alliance for Community Empowerment is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering low-income individuals and families to achieve economic stability and self-sufficiency. Our YouthBuild program provides young people with the skills and support they need to succeed in education and the workforce.

Benefits
  • Choice of Education Award $6,195 or End of Service Stipend $1,800 paid upon completion of a full-service term.
  • Healthcare benefits.
  • Relocation assistance: travel allowance for relocation of more than 50 miles and eligible mileage reimbursement up to $1000.00

  • Additional housing allowances may be available.
